trouble with gbdk Empty trouble with gbdk

ive been trying to get the compiler for this to run but i cant figure out how, i've searched everywhere but cant find anything on this topic. i downloaded the latest version and read the README but that doesnt really help, it just says that there should be an autoexec.bat file that i cant find.
